WILLIAMSTOWN — Cricket Creek Farm has been producing artisanal cheeses from its grass-fed dairy cows since 2005.
One of the farm’s most popular cheeses, Maggie’s Round, is described as having a ‘carefree joy of a bright summer fling; she is lemon curd and pineapple upside-down cake with a Bloody Mary to drink.’
Maggie’s Round is a semi-firm, raw milk cheese inspired by the toma cheeses of the Italian Alps. Visitors are encouraged to stop by the farm store, generally open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., at 1255 Oblong Road.
In addition to the farm’s artisanal cheeses, it also sells raw milk and other local food products.
