Spencertown, N.Y.: Cole Porter review adds second show

Kids Need Music, a local non-profit founded in 2014 to purchase musical instruments for Hudson city schools, presents "100 Years of Cole Porter" on Sunday, Jan. 15, at the Spencertown Academy.

The 2 p.m. show is sold out; another has been added at 5 p.m.

Performers include pianist and composer Lincoln Mayorga, vocalist and pianist Sherri Bauer-Mayorga, plus several musical friends.

The event is co-sponsored by The Chatham Synagogue/Netivot Torah and The Spencertown Academy.

Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at www.spencertownacademy.org.

To make a donation to the instrument program, mail checks payable to Kids Need Music to: Kids Need Music c/o Craig Bender, P.O. Box 631, Claverack, NY 12513.
