BFMC offering film workshops

PITTSFIELD — The Berkshire Film and Media Collaborative is offering two film workshops at Berkshire Community College. "How to Shoot a Video on Your iPhone" will take place on Saturday, Oct. 21 at BCC's main campus on West Street in Pittsfield. The hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m."Editing Basics" will take place on Saturday, Nov. 18 also at BCC's main campus. The hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This introductory course will introduce students to the art of film editing. Students are welcome to bring their own footage. The instructor for both courses is Erica Spizz, the video producer and editor for Iredale Mineral Cosmetics, Ltd., in Great Barrington.The cost for either workshop is $125.
